Officer-Involved Shooting (OIS) post-incident mental health support sessions are delivered in compliance with ORS 181A.790. Sessions focus on stabilization, normalization of stress responses, and short-term coping, while remaining distinct from fitness-for-duty evaluations, investigative processes, or employment decision-making.

OFRE offers remote clinical interviews, with in-person appointments available based on scheduling and agency needs. Remote testing and interviews are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform, ensuring convenience without compromising confidentiality. In-person interviews are conducted at our office in Sisters, Oregon.

OFRE typically schedules candidates within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving an online referral. Following the candidate's clinical interview, OFRE delivers a comprehensive, agency-specific report within 3 business days, ensuring a timely, thorough evaluation process that meets each agency's unique needs.
